IV Therapy Now @ Be Well!
The effectiveness of intravenous drips
Intravenous drips were originally utilized for hydration and nutrition in the hospital. Over the past 40 years, intravenous drips have made their way into the ambulatory world where supplements, vitamins and minerals can be given to patients to boost energy and vitality, improve skin, nails, and hair, as well as detoxify the liver and reduce inflammation.
Clinical studies have shown that the IV route is the most reliable method for administration of micronutrients to ensure predictable levels that can create clinical significance when compared to oral preparations. For example, magnesium is poorly absorbed when taken by mouth; only a small percentage of this mineral is actually taken up by the blood stream. IV administration provides an effective way to get this vital electrolyte into the body. Vitamin C is similar to magnesium; Vitamin C has a better clinical effect as an anti-oxidant when given IV when compared to oral administration.
Some of the types of IV infusions include:
Vitamin C which is renowned for skin rejuvenation and brightening
Glutathione which not only helps immune function but helps to lighten skin tone and reduce hyperpigmentation
Biotin, collagen peptides, aminos acids and B-vitamins are great at promoting healthy hair growth, strengthen nails and improve skin tone and texture
Combinations of glutathione, vitamin C, B-vitamins and minerals helps support the liver and enhance detoxification pathways
These are a few of the known IV infusions which can improve health and wellness.
